Technical Account Manager
As a Technical Account Manager at Braze, you will be responsible for managing the ongoing technical relationship with a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers. Collaborating closely with the Customer Success and broader account teams, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients unlock the full value of the Braze platform throughout their lifecycle.
Your primary responsibilities will include driving technical adoption, value realization, and continued maturity of the Braze product among your assigned accounts. This involves facilitating discussions to understand customer use cases, conducting discovery sessions, and recommending tailored solutions based on their unique needs and architectures. Additionally, you will support day-to-day inquiries, advocate for optimization opportunities, and empower customer product and engineering teams to utilize the platform independently and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of client-facing experience in roles such as Technical Account Management, Implementation, Technical Support, or Solutions Architecture, particularly within enterprise or strategic account settings. A strong technical background with at least 3 years of experience managing complex customer environments is essential, along with proficiency in SaaS, mobile technologies, APIs, or programming. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A natural problem solver with high intellectual curiosity and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will thrive in this role.
