Technical Architect
Braze is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our team in Tokyo. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the technical aspects of integrating and utilizing the Braze platform, ensuring they achieve maximum value and efficiency. As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet diverse business needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating technical onboarding, addressing product functionality inquiries, and supporting clients in implementing Braze's SDKs and APIs effectively. You will design and deliver workshops and training sessions, both online and onsite, to empower client teams. Additionally, you will troubleshoot technical issues, document technical requirements, and ensure seamless integration of Braze into clients' existing systems.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in digital marketing, mobile app development, website construction, technical support, or customer success, particularly with enterprise or strategic accounts. Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English are essential, along with a solid engineering background and proficiency in at least two of the following areas: SaaS, digital marketing, mobile app development, website construction, API development, or programming. A proactive problem-solver with a team-oriented mindset and a passion for customer satisfaction will thrive in this role.
