Technical Business Development Lead, Korea Market (US-based)
As the Technical Business Development Lead for the Korea Market at Applied Intuition, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between our Silicon Valley headquarters and Korea's advanced industrial sector. This role is ideal for an engineer who seeks to combine technical expertise with significant business impact, focusing on strategic deals and customer engagement. You will be instrumental in driving the adoption of our automotive autonomy solutions in the Korean market.
Your key responsibilities will include engaging with potential customers identified by our Korea-based Account Managers or through your own market insights. You will conduct customer discovery sessions to understand their requirements and demonstrate how Applied Intuition's solutions can meet their needs. Additionally, you will host workshops and tailored demonstrations, collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to develop customized solutions, and guide proposals through customer approval processes. Planning revenue strategies and exploring opportunities in automotive and adjacent domains will also be part of your role.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong interest in relevant domains to guide customers on best practices. Proven ability to work across stakeholders to execute complex projects, strong interest and capability to work with customers and drive customer engagements, excellent organizational and project management skills, and experience with automotive software technologies are essential. The role requires the ability to travel internationally once every 4 to 6 weeks on average.
