Technical Lead, NOC Services
Kaseya is seeking a Technical Lead for its Network Operations Center (NOC) Services team in Bengaluru, India. This role involves leading a team responsible for remote server and client administration, troubleshooting, and management. Kaseya is a global provider of IT infrastructure and security management solutions, serving customers in over 20 countries and managing over 15 million endpoints worldwide.
The Technical Lead will oversee daily operations of the technical support team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include supervising remote server and client administration activities, addressing server and client errors, performing patching, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, providing technical assistance, and continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Candidates should have 8-10 years of experience in technical support or systems administration, with at least 6 years focused on remote server and client administration. A strong understanding of Windows Server operating systems, network protocols, and security best practices is required. Proficiency in troubleshooting complex issues related to user authentication, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Microsoft/Windows patching, Active Directory (AD), replication, Exchange Server, backup failures, and operating system issues is expected. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to multitask and resolve critical technical issues efficiently, are essential.
