Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to join their Electronic Warfare team in Costa Mesa, California. This role involves deploying and supporting Anduril's advanced defense products globally, working closely with engineering teams to enhance product performance and reliability. The position requires a proactive approach to delivering technical solutions in dynamic environments.

Key responsibilities include executing technical operations for military air defense projects, conducting field maintenance, and providing customer support and training. The engineer will address complex hardware, software, and networking issues, develop operational and logistical plans, and ensure the high availability and performance of air defense systems. Additional duties involve incident response analysis, post-incident reviews, and maintaining up-to-date documentation.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years' experience solving problems at the intersection of hardware, software, and networking in unstructured environments. The role demands the ability to climb towers for equipment installation and maintenance, a strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting critical infrastructure, and experience with preventative maintenance on structural components. Applicants must meet health and medical requirements for deployments, be willing to travel extensively to remote regions, and be eligible for a U.S. Top Secret/Secret clearance.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science, or a related technical field. Familiarity with Linux OS, prior tower climbing experience with relevant certifications, and experience with fiber and RF systems are advantageous. Additional desirable skills encompass terminating power cables, operating specialized equipment, holding a valid Commercial Driver's License, and prior military or overseas contracting experience.

Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $113,000 to $149,000 USD, along with highly competitive equity grants.
