Technical Operations Engineer, Launched Effects
Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to join the Launched Effects team within the Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division. This role focuses on developing and deploying small aerial drones, transforming concepts into operational systems to address complex challenges faced by military personnel. The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and involves significant collaboration with specialized teams to ensure the effective deployment and sustainment of Anduril's products.
The Technical Operations Engineer will be responsible for executing flight operations, conducting field maintenance, and providing customer support and training. This includes deploying products to remote locations, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, and developing operational and logistical plans for various events. The role also involves maintaining high availability and performance of aerial systems and conducting root-cause analyses for field incidents.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in technical field operations or similar hands-on roles, with a proven ability to master technical systems in challenging environments. Advanced troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking are essential, along with excellent communication abilities for leading technical discussions and training sessions. The role requires eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance and a willingness to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally, including to austere field environments.
Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $98,000 to $129,000 USD, along with highly competitive equity grants.
