As a Technical Product Manager, AI Enablement at PitchBook Data, you will lead the development and execution of internal platforms and workflows that facilitate AI adoption across the company. This role focuses on creating scalable, secure, and user-friendly AI solutions that enhance productivity and innovation within various teams. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, research, and business units to define clear product strategies and ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities include owning the product vision and roadmap for AI enablement platforms, such as managed model and tool access, shared context layers, agent frameworks, and enterprise AI workflows. You will identify opportunities where AI can reduce friction, increase speed, or unlock new capabilities, and partner with AI Enablement Engineering to define requirements and priorities. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least three years of product management experience, preferably focused on technical platforms, developer tools, or internal products. Strong technical acumen and experience working closely with engineering teams on complex systems are essential. Familiarity with AI/ML systems, including Generative AI and LLM-based workflows, is highly desirable. The role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.

Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary ranging from $140,000 to $175,000, with a target annual bonus percentage of 10%. Benefits encompass comprehensive health coverage, paid sabbatical programs, family and paternity leave, educational stipends, and robust training programs. Additional perks include a 401(k) match, shared ownership employee stock program, and monthly transportation stipends.
