In this role, the Technical Program Manager will act as the primary interface across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management teams. Responsibilities include building and managing detailed, task-based schedules using tools like Smartsheet, driving critical path activities, and holding teams accountable to milestones. The manager will embed with manufacturing teams to support day-to-day execution, remove blockers, and drive recovery plans to closure. Additionally, the role involves leading cross-functional coordination to ensure build readiness, including material, configuration, and production planning alignment, as well as proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to improve throughput and reliability.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, along with over five years of experience in Technical Program Management or New Product Introduction, delivering complex hardware programs. A strong understanding of product manufacturing processes is essential, with a preference for hands-on mechanical or manufacturing experience, particularly with components like motors, stators, and windings. The candidate should demonstrate a proven ability to drive execution in manufacturing environments, experience managing detailed schedules and dependencies, and strong cross-functional leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities are crucial in this fast-paced environment.

Archer offers a competitive compensation package for this position, targeting a base pay between $144,000 and $180,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
