Technical Program Manager, Launched Effects
Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager for its Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division, which focuses on developing autonomous drones and solid rocket motors. The TRS team transforms products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from early concepts into fully operational capabilities by collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and production teams. This role requires eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
The Technical Program Manager will own the development and deployment of TRS technologies to meet the operational needs of the Department of Defense. Responsibilities include driving the technical execution of development programs from concept through delivery, ensuring all engineering deliverables meet contractual requirements, milestones, and technical standards. The role also involves serving as a bridge between Program Managers and engineering functional teams, developing strong relationships with DOD customers, and autonomously executing on broad or ambiguous requirements to deliver successful outcomes on multiple programs simultaneously.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with a technical background preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience managing the development of complex technical systems throughout the product lifecycle is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects and driving their on-time, on-budget completion. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with exceptional communication skills, are essential. Experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams within a complex engineering or technology-focused organization is also necessary.
Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $143,000 to $191,000 USD for this role, along with highly competitive equity grants.
