Technical Program Manager - Mining
Applied Intuition is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex autonomous mining engineering projects. This role involves close collaboration with both internal engineers and customer teams to implement solutions that advance customers' autonomy deployment goals.
Key responsibilities include managing hardware and software stack deployment and autonomy system commissioning across global mining and construction sites. The role also entails overseeing multiple concurrent mining autonomy customer engagements, ensuring all workstreams progress toward contractual obligations and delivery milestones. Additionally, the position requires defining and scoping bi-weekly sprint goals across customer projects, maintaining rigorous documentation of deliverables and task traceability using tools like Jira and Confluence.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or a related field. Candidates with a software engineering background transitioning into technical program management are welcome. Essential qualifications include the ability to manage multiple complex customer projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail, experience with program management tools and methodologies, and sufficient technical fluency to follow engineering discussions and contribute meaningfully to sprint planning. Strong organizational skills and a high standard for documentation across all customer deliverables are also required.
Compensation for this full-time position includes a base salary ranging from $115,000 to $170,000 USD annually, along with equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units.
