Technical Program Manager, PES
Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the development of advanced drone platforms within the Precision Engagement Systems (PES) team. This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to mass production, integrating cutting-edge autonomy and AI capabilities. The PES team focuses on transforming products like Anvil and Bolt from sketches to operational systems, addressing complex challenges in defense technology.
Key responsibilities include guiding cross-functional engineering teams through all development phases, managing comprehensive system requirements, and engaging with external stakeholders such as key suppliers and strategic customers. The role also involves close collaboration with supply chain functions to optimize material flow and ensure timely delivery, as well as driving program execution in a dynamic environment using agile methodologies.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, specifically with hardware and software engineering teams. A strong background in hardware development programs, familiarity with hardware/software interaction, and a proven track record of bringing complex products from concept to mass production are essential. Experience with products integrating autonomy and AI capabilities, such as drones or autonomous vehicles, is highly preferred. Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with modern program management tools are also required.
