Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their Surface Maritime team, focusing on expanding autonomous maritime vessel capabilities. This role involves leading cross-functional efforts to develop and deliver advanced defense technology solutions, aligning with Anduril's mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities through cutting-edge autonomy, AI, and sensor systems.

The Technical Program Manager will oversee program execution, ensuring projects meet desired requirements, schedules, and budgets. Responsibilities include contract management, developing project scopes, managing risks, and maintaining project schedules. The role also involves engaging with Department of Defense and U.S. Navy customers, representing the technical aspects of the Surface Maritime portfolio, and serving as the voice of the customer for business capture efforts. Regular travel, approximately 25% of the time, is expected to support customer meetings and testing.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a passion for hardware development. A minimum of 7 years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or related project management is required. Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience interfacing with DoD/USN customers, proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project and Adobe Pro, and knowledge of federal procurement processes.

Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $166,000 to $220,000 USD, along with comprehensive benefits.
