Anduril Industries is a defense technology company dedicated to transforming military capabilities through advanced technology. The Connected Warfare division focuses on building systems that support global command and control missions by creating joint, time-sensitive, multi-domain, and connected mesh ecosystems. As a Technical Project Manager within this team, you will lead initiatives that span the entire project lifecycle, from engaging with customers and shaping technical requirements to integrating third-party systems and delivering final solutions.

In this role, you will own technical outcomes end-to-end, iterating on core data mesh technology to optimize performance over degraded networks. Responsibilities include developing connectors and APIs for both legacy and cutting-edge systems to integrate with Lattice, Anduril's AI-powered operating system. You will create data flow pipelines across disparate networked systems and security domains, mentor junior engineers, and engage with external stakeholders to clarify requirements and solve technical challenges.

The ideal candidate will have proven customer-facing technical program management experience, preferably in the defense, national security, or aerospace sectors. A solid technical aptitude with an understanding of technical designs, software development lifecycles, and associated challenges is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. The role also demands the flexibility to travel to client sites up to 50% of the time.

Anduril offers a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage, income protection, generous time off, family planning support, mental health resources, professional development opportunities, commuter benefits, and relocation assistance. The company also provides retirement savings plans tailored to regional requirements.

Joining Anduril means becoming part of a mission-driven organization committed to delivering cutting-edge technology to the defense industry. The company fosters a culture of ownership, innovation, and rapid execution, providing employees with opportunities for growth and the chance to make a significant impact on national and international security challenges.
