Technical Recruiter
CLEAR is seeking a Technical Recruiter to enhance the growth of its Engineering, Product, Design, and Security teams. This role is pivotal in attracting top-tier technical talent to support CLEAR's mission of creating secure and seamless experiences for its members. The recruiter will collaborate closely with technical leaders to develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
The Technical Recruiter will partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with company objectives. Responsibilities include sourcing and engaging passive candidates in niche markets, providing data-driven insights to guide hiring decisions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, the recruiter will contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes and the enhancement of CLEAR's talent brand.
Candidates should have over four years of experience in technical recruiting within fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a focus on specialized engineering, product, and security roles. Proficiency with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentWall, and Gem is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a data-driven mindset, strong relationship-building skills, a high sense of urgency, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
CLEAR offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $110,000 to $135,000, depending on skills and experience.
