Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join the Frontier Systems team, focusing on sourcing and hiring top-tier engineering talent. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, tracking, and maintaining a high volume of candidates. Key responsibilities involve collaborating with business leaders to define hiring needs, developing and executing recruiting strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also includes analyzing pipeline data to identify areas for improvement and implementing best practices to support the company's growth.
Candidates should have at least six years of experience in recruiting and sourcing for technical roles, with a strong track record of closing engineering talent. A minimum of four years of client interaction experience is required, including working with hiring managers and directors. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, interview techniques, and various sourcing avenues is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines are also necessary.
The position offers an hourly rate between $70 and $80, with the potential for full-time conversion.
