Technical Recruiter - New Grad

Applied Intuition is seeking recent university graduates from the classes of 2025 and 2026 to join our recruiting team as Technical Recruiters. This role offers a unique opportunity to start a career in recruiting within a high-growth Silicon Valley company. As a member of our team, you will participate in our comprehensive entry-level recruiting academy, which includes over 100 hours of recorded material, live instruction, and practical on-the-job training. This position is based in our Sunnyvale, California office, with an expectation of in-office work five days a week.

In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and interviewing prospective candidates, serving as an external representative of our rapidly growing startup. You will develop expertise in the AI, automotive, and autonomous systems industries, identify procedural improvements for our recruiting efforts, provide management with data and metrics on recruiting activities, and manage a calendar of recruiting events.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, high emotional intelligence with the ability to quickly build rapport with candidates and employees, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a competitive nature.

Preferred qualifications include internship experience, leadership experience in sports teams, clubs, or organizations, as well as experience in sales or customer service.

Compensation for this full-time position includes a base salary ranging from $72,000 to $84,000 annually, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
