Technical Support Expert - Level 1
Kaseya is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Technical Support Expert - Level 1 to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing support inquiries through various channels, and maintaining accurate records of support activities. You will also engage in continuous training on Kaseya products to ensure the highest level of technical support and assist in interdepartmental projects to meet target deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of major operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux, as well as experience with networking protocols and troubleshooting tools. Proficiency in SQL, API troubleshooting, and browser development tools is also desired. Excellent communication skills, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.
