The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience in a full-cycle closing role with field sales experience. They should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, selling a diverse ecosystem of products, and closing complex deals. The ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential, along with business development experience, including hunting and cold calling. Since this is a field position, reliable transportation and residency in the market being served are required. A collaborative and team-player mentality, along with prior Salesforce experience or equivalent, is also necessary.

Compensation for this role is market-based and varies depending on location. For the District of Columbia, the starting pay ranges from $123,400 to $223,100, including target variable compensation.
