Territory Account Executive, Gold Coast
Square is seeking a Territory Account Executive to join its dynamic field sales team in the Gold Coast area. This role is pivotal in expanding Square's presence by engaging directly with local businesses and promoting its comprehensive suite of financial and commerce solutions. The Territory Account Executive will spend approximately 80% of their time in the field, conducting face-to-face meetings with local businesses, performing live demonstrations, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include generating leads, identifying client needs, delivering compelling presentations, and managing the full sales cycle across Square's product offerings. Additionally, the role involves building strong relationships with local sellers, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences, and developing referral strategies to foster future opportunities.
Candidates should possess at least 3 years of full-cycle sales experience, including field sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals. Experience in business development activities such as hunting and cold calling is essential. Applicants must have reliable transportation and reside within the Gold Coast market. Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is required, and experience in payment processing or related technologies is advantageous.
