The executive will run a full-cycle, self-sourced sales motion: generating leads, identifying needs, delivering compelling demos, and closing deals across Square's full product suite. Building strong, trust-based relationships with local sellers and implementing a disciplined referral strategy are also essential.

The ideal candidate has over three years of sales experience in a full-cycle closing role with field sales experience. They should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, selling a diverse ecosystem of products, and closing complex deals. The ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and experience in business development, such as hunting and cold calling, are crucial. Reliable transportation and residency in the Hamilton market are required.

Compensation for this role ranges from CAD 159,900 to CAD 239,900 annually, including variable compensation.
