Square is seeking a Territory Account Executive to join our dynamic field sales team in New Haven, Connecticut. In this position, you will spend approximately 80% of your time in the field, engaging directly with local businesses through targeted visits, live demonstrations, and closing deals. Your responsibilities include generating leads, identifying client needs, delivering compelling product presentations, and managing the full sales cycle. Additionally, you will develop a robust pipeline through door-to-door outreach, community engagement, events, networking, and strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of full-cycle sales experience, including field sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals. Strong business development skills, such as prospecting and cold calling, are essential. Candidates must have reliable transportation and reside within the New Haven market. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is required, and familiarity with payment processing or related technologies is advantageous.

Compensation for this role varies based on location and experience, with annual salaries ranging from $123,400 to $223,100, inclusive of target variable compensation.
