Territory Account Executive, North Seattle
Square is seeking a Territory Account Executive to join its dynamic field sales team in North Seattle. The Territory Account Executive will dedicate approximately 80% of their time to field activities, engaging directly with local businesses through door-to-door outreach, community events, and networking. Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting needs assessments, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and closing deals across Square's diverse product offerings. Additionally, the role involves developing a consistent referral strategy, collaborating with channel partners, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of full-cycle sales experience, including field sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals. Essential qualifications include strong business development skills, the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Reliable transportation and residency within the designated market area are also required. Preferred qualifications encompass experience in payment processing or related technologies, as well as familiarity with industries such as restaurants, retail, or service-based businesses.
Compensation for this role varies based on location and experience, with annual salaries ranging from $123,400 to $223,100, inclusive of target variable compensation.
