The ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, along with business development experience such as hunting and cold calling, is required. Since this is a field position, reliable transportation and residency within the Tampa market are necessary. A collaborative and team-oriented mentality, as well as prior experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems, are also important.

Square offers a competitive compensation package, with salary ranges varying based on geographic location and market conditions. For the Tampa area, the compensation range is between $123,400 and $185,200 annually, including target variable compensation.
