Boingo Wireless is seeking a Tier 2 Customer Care Technician to join our dynamic team in Frisco, Texas. This part-time role involves providing advanced technical support for our Wi-Fi and cellular solutions, including high-speed broadband services for U.S. military customers. The position requires a commitment to professionalism, ownership, and a consistently positive, customer-first attitude.

As a Tier 2 Customer Care Technician, you will manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-moving environment. Your responsibilities include supporting customers across email, phone, and chat, troubleshooting Wi-Fi connectivity issues across various devices, and applying networking fundamentals such as routing, switching, and wireless LAN controllers. Additionally, you will resolve service and billing concerns, process refunds, and make account updates within policy guidelines.

The ideal candidate possesses a customer-first mindset with clear, confident written and verbal communication skills. A strong understanding of Wi-Fi and wireless networking, along with hands-on troubleshooting experience with Windows PCs, laptops, iOS, Android devices, smart TVs, and gaming consoles, is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing priorities are also required. Schedule flexibility for late and weekend shifts is necessary.
