The Total Rewards Analyst II position at Rocket Lab Corporation is based at the company's global headquarters in Long Beach, California. In this role, the analyst will provide analytical and audit support for compensation and benefits programs, including open enrollment, RSU administration, M&A activities, systems implementations, data analytics, and merit reviews. Responsibilities also encompass conducting regular market research to ensure competitive offerings, preparing budget and spend reports, supporting audits and compliance reviews, and performing data audits and reconciliations across multiple HRIS, payroll systems, and benefit vendors. Additionally, the analyst will assist in troubleshooting benefit integration issues and collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate data flow.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS systems, or total rewards analysis. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques are essential, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience in building, scaling, and automating technical tools and processes. Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software is also required.

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $96,000, determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
