Trafficker (Freelance)

Monks is seeking a Freelance Trafficker to join our dynamic team, focusing on ensuring operational excellence and data integrity in digital advertising campaigns. As a key player in our organization, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and optimize media strategies that drive client success.

In this role, you will be responsible for the complete configuration of campaigns in alignment with media plans, including the accurate upload and assignment of creatives. You will implement tracking tags and UTMs without errors, monitor daily pacing to prevent under-execution in awareness campaigns, and identify initial performance findings and delivery anomalies. Additionally, you will resolve ad rejections due to policy issues and address technical tagging problems with minimal guidance.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of account, campaign, and targeting object hierarchies, along with current certifications in Google Ads (Video/Display) and Meta Blueprint. Proficiency in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, YouTube, DV360, Google Ads, and Demand Gen is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this position.
