Training Content Development Manager

The Training Content Development Manager at Cato Networks is responsible for leading the development of training materials that empower customers, partners, and internal teams. This pivotal role is part of the Education and Enablement team within the company, supporting Cato Networks' mission to deliver cutting-edge network security solutions and fostering customer success in a rapidly growing field.

In this role, you will design, develop, and continually improve training content, ranging from e-learning modules and guides to hands-on labs and certification materials. You will coordinate with subject matter experts, product managers, and engineers to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning resources. Managing multiple projects, you will oversee the lifecycle of content—from needs analysis to launch—and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates will have a proven background in instructional design or training content development, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity industry. Strong project management skills, excellent English written and verbal communication abilities, and experience with Learning Management Systems and authoring tools are essential.
