Training Specialist

As a Customer Training Specialist at Diligent Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our suite of products and services. This position is integral to the Customer Success team, which is dedicated to fostering positive customer interactions and driving product adoption. Diligent Corporation is a leading provider of AI-driven governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) SaaS solutions, serving over 1 million users and 700,000 board members worldwide.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include creating, managing, and delivering training sessions using various online tools. You will develop customer-facing training videos and conduct individual, group, webinar, and face-to-face training sessions. Additionally, you will focus on educating users to drive product adoption and may occasionally travel for professional development, customer workshops, or corporate meetings. Administrative tasks related to training processes will also be part of your duties.

Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a high level of energy and the ability to be assertive yet respectful.
