Training Specialist II
As a Training Specialist II at Diligent Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive training programs to our diverse clientele, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises. This position is based in Bengaluru, India, and focuses on enhancing customer engagement and product adoption across the EMEA region. In this role, your primary responsibilities include conducting engaging product training sessions—both one-on-one and group webinars—to global customers. You will drive product adoption by enabling clients to effectively utilize key features of our SaaS solutions. Building strong client relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction are essential, as is managing a high volume of scheduled training sessions with effective time management. Collaboration with Customer Success and onboarding teams is crucial to support the customer lifecycle, and you will be expected to track training outcomes to continuously improve delivery quality.
The ideal candidate possesses 3–5 years of experience in customer training, enablement, or client-facing roles, with proven expertise in delivering training sessions through various formats such as virtual classrooms and webinars. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple sessions and schedules effectively. Experience working directly with customers and handling live interactions is required, as is a high customer focus with the ability to adapt training based on audience needs. Strong time management and organizational skills are also necessary.
