Travel & Expense Specialist
Fever, a leading global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Travel & Expense (T&E) Specialist to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at our Madrid headquarters. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our global expense ecosystem, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting the company's growth by implementing scalable financial policies.
Key responsibilities include auditing and processing employee expense reports to ensure compliance with internal policies and local tax regulations, developing and implementing global T&E policies, managing relationships with expense solution providers, and overseeing corporate T&E programs. Additionally, you will develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to track spending patterns, collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless month-end reconciliation, and manage multiple projects such as tool migrations and process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in finance, procurement, audit, or T&E management. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions is essential, and knowledge of SQL is a strong plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are crucial. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to handle provider relationships and support internal stakeholders globally. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.
