The TUPE HR Specialist will serve as a key business partner to clients, advising on complex HR matters across the UK and Ireland. This role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, acting as the in-country HR expert, and ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and growth. The specialist will lead end-to-end TUPE processes, coordinate mandatory employee consultations, and oversee the collation and exchange of employment data.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of specialized HR experience with strong exposure to UK/Ireland TUPE regulations. Deep expertise in regional labor laws and regulatory frameworks is essential. Proven experience in leading business transfers, consultations, and managing complex employee relations is required. Exceptional communication, negotiation, consultation, and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with proficiency in HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack.
The annual gross fixed pay range for this position is £44,000 - £55,000, plus variable compensation. Final placement within the range is determined by gender-neutral criteria, including the candidate's relevant skills, experience, and specific qualifications for the role. Actual compensation may vary and will depend on factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location.
