User Insights Analyst - Voice of Customers
As a User Insights Analyst at Canva, you will join the Close The Loop (CTL) Operations team, focusing on the Teams & Education/B2B product area. In this role, you will analyze qualitative and quantitative user feedback to uncover pain points and translate findings into actionable insights that drive product improvements. Your work will directly influence product priorities and ensure enhancements are effectively implemented by the appropriate teams.
Key responsibilities include leveraging your product knowledge to process raw feedback data using tools like Enterpret, Canny, and Looker, generating insights consumable by product managers and business partners. You will utilize your analytical skills to identify core drivers of customer feedback and product issues, collaborate with stakeholders within the User Voice team to advance Close The Loop strategies, and contribute to refining feedback categorization methods to balance scalability with providing valuable insights to internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate possesses prior experience in SaaS or product-led companies, demonstrating strong attention to detail. You should be an analytical thinker with a deep sense of customer empathy, capable of dissecting complex problems and connecting the dots. Clear communication skills are essential, enabling you to synthesize findings into compelling narratives that inspire action. Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and the ability to quickly learn new tools are required. Strong time management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills are crucial, along with resilience in high-pressure or ambiguous situations and a natural curiosity about the underlying causes of problems.
