UX Researcher (m/f/d)

Awin is seeking a UX Researcher to join our dynamic team and contribute to enhancing our product experiences through insightful user research. This role involves collaborating closely with designers and product managers to understand user needs and inform product decisions. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and conducting user research studies across various product areas. Your day-to-day tasks will include selecting appropriate research methods, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify key themes, and delivering research reports and presentations to stakeholders. Additionally, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into the product development process and contribute to the development of our research repository and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in UX research or related roles, with a strong user-centered mindset and a commitment to meeting user needs. Proficiency in a range of research methods, such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys, is essential. You should be capable of managing research projects from discovery through analysis, possess strong attention to detail, and have excellent facilitation and collaboration skills. Effective communication and presentation abilities are also crucial for conveying research findings to non-technical stakeholders.
