Value Engagement Manager
The Lead Strategic Value & Process Optimisation Consultant at Celonis is a pivotal role within the Value Engineering team, dedicated to guiding customers through their entire value journey—from initial engagement to full adoption and renewal. This position involves translating clients' strategic objectives into actionable insights using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, thereby driving significant business transformation and value realization.
Key responsibilities include identifying and framing value by discovering and translating customers' strategic priorities into high-impact use cases, building demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks, and conducting value assessments or proof-of-value projects to communicate value opportunities to C-level executives. The role also entails realizing value by facilitating business value workshops, identifying opportunities for process enhancement, deriving improvement measures in core business functions, and presenting results to senior management. Additionally, the consultant is responsible for scaling value by managing the end-to-end customer value journey, building strategic expansion roadmaps, and providing feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform based on new use cases.
The ideal candidate possesses experience in analytical roles focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis and process improvement, preferably in customer-facing positions within solution consulting or IT/management consulting with a business software or SaaS provider. Expertise in identifying use cases for business process improvement, deploying improvement measures, and training users to realize value is essential. A strong understanding of finance and/or supply chain domains, strategic transformation initiatives, and familiarity with business software applications (e.g., SAP), RPA, BI tools, and AI technologies is required. Experience in project management, including planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines, is also necessary.
