Ventures Associate - Enterprise & AI

Plug and Play Tech Center is seeking a Ventures Associate to join our Enterprise & AI team. This role involves working closely with startups, corporate partners, and internal teams to drive innovation and investment opportunities within the enterprise technology and artificial intelligence sectors.

The Ventures Associate will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential startup investments, conducting market research, and supporting due diligence processes. Day-to-day activities include analyzing business models, preparing investment memos, and facilitating connections between startups and corporate partners to foster collaboration and growth.

Candidates should possess a strong background in venture capital, private equity, or a related field, with a focus on enterprise technology and AI. Excellent analytical skills, the ability to assess emerging technologies, and experience in deal structuring are essential. A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
