As the Vice President of Finance at LearnLux, you will lead the company's financial strategy, operations, and execution during a period of significant growth. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborating closely with the Chief Executive Officer, you will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving financial discipline and informed decision-making across the organization. This role is remote within the United States, with a preference for candidates based near New York City for occasional in-person collaboration.

In this position, you will oversee financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling to support the company's expansion. You will manage accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Additionally, you will build scalable financial processes and systems, prepare actionable financial reports for executive leadership and the Board, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles in high-growth SaaS, fintech, or technology-enabled businesses. Experience in the benefits and wellness industry is heavily preferred. A strong background in financial planning and analysis, accounting oversight, and financial operations is essential, along with a deep understanding of GAAP, audits, internal controls, and compliance requirements. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; an MBA, CPA, or equivalent credentials are a plus.
