Vice President, Product Management
The Vice President of Product Management at Diligent Corporation will lead the core product experience of the flagship Boards platform, serving Fortune 500 companies globally. This role involves owning the product experience and strategy for the core solution, leading a team of over eight product managers and managers, and driving AI innovation, product-led growth, and customer expansion across the enterprise portfolio.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing product strategy to drive company-level annual recurring revenue growth, retention, and market expansion. The VP will lead cross-functional roadmap development, balancing innovation with operational excellence, and partner with the C-suite to align product strategy with business objectives and competitive positioning. Additionally, the role involves building and scaling a high-performing product organization across governance, AI, platform, and growth, establishing product excellence standards, processes, and objectives and key results to enable consistent execution at scale, and driving accountability for measurable product outcomes through data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience developing and executing product strategies, including a proven track record of crafting go-to-market strategies and driving revenue growth. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and compellingly. The candidate should demonstrate strong creative, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities, as well as the capacity to excel in a dynamic environment and balance multiple priorities. Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows and strategic planning processes is also required.
