The Vice President of People and Performance at CLEAR will lead the company's corporate people strategy, partnering closely with senior leaders to drive organizational performance. This role encompasses talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, change management, and talent acquisition within a fast-paced, scaling environment. Key responsibilities include partnering with leaders across the company to retain, develop, and motivate talent, designing and executing innovative people strategies that improve organizational effectiveness and drive scalable growth, leading change management and transformation initiatives, overseeing talent acquisition strategies to attract exceptional corporate talent, coaching and developing leaders to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and executing people programs such as workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive experience in people leadership, including expertise in talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy, preferably within the technology sector. They should demonstrate the ability to influence at the executive level, coach leaders, and build trusted partnerships across complex teams. Experience in scaling high-growth environments, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisions, and exceptional communication and change leadership capabilities are essential. Additionally, experience working in entrepreneurial settings requiring strong multi-tasking abilities and a track record of building and developing high-performing people and talent acquisition teams are desired.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $200,000 to $275,000, depending on skills and experience.
