The Vice President, People (Field) at CLEAR will lead the People Team supporting the company's nationwide aviation business, which encompasses its largest team member population. This role involves close collaboration with senior leaders to drive organizational performance and aligns with CLEAR's mission to make experiences safer and easier through its secure identity platform.

Key responsibilities include partnering with aviation business leaders to retain, develop, and motivate talent; designing and executing innovative talent strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and scalability; coaching leaders to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement; leading change management initiatives; overseeing talent acquisition and learning and development strategies; ensuring compliance with employment practices and laws; and utilizing data analytics to assess and prioritize efforts across the aviation network.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of progressive experience in people leadership, including expertise in talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy, particularly within large distributed workforces. They should demonstrate the ability to influence at the executive level, coach leaders, build trusted partnerships, and thrive in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments. Proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights, exceptional communication skills, and experience in building and leading high-performing People teams are essential.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $200,000 to $275,000, depending on skills and experience.
