VP Product Management

As the Vice President of Product Management at Cato Networks, you will lead the product strategy and execution for the Management platform, XOPs domain, and Technical Alliance program within our Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platform. This role involves overseeing multiple product teams and collaborating with executive leadership to drive innovation and scale in our cloud-based networking and security services.

Your primary responsibilities will include defining and managing the product roadmap, leading and mentoring a team of directors and product managers, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement. You will work closely with customers, partners, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver industry-leading SD-WAN services at scale. Engaging directly with customers and partners to understand their networking challenges and ensuring product-market fit will be essential.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of product management experience, including leadership roles at the VP level. A strong technical background in enterprise networking and network security is required, along with experience in data-driven products such as XDR and DEM. Proven abilities to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate clearly are essential. A business-driven and customer-first mindset, coupled with strong presentation and storytelling skills, will be key to success in this role.
