CLEAR is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Memberships to lead and rapidly expand the corporate sales channel for CLEAR+. This pivotal role involves building a revenue-driving B2B2C strategy, leveraging CLEAR's strong brand and enterprise credibility to establish a scalable corporate memberships platform. The VP will be instrumental in converting strategic advantages into a leading corporate channel, driving sustained, multi-year growth.

The primary responsibilities include architecting and scaling CLEAR’s corporate membership function by defining business development and pricing strategies, developing sales funnels and segmentation, and implementing comprehensive go-to-market plans. The role requires building a disciplined, high-converting revenue engine through structured outbound strategies and systematic account penetration. Additionally, the VP will develop compelling enterprise value propositions, pricing models, and ROI frameworks in collaboration with Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to secure competitive deals and achieve scaled distribution. Leading a top-tier business development team and implementing rigorous forecasting and reporting systems to ensure transparency and accountability across the enterprise pipeline are also key aspects of the role.

Candidates should possess over 12 years of experience in B2B2C or corporate sales, preferably within subscription-based, travel, or consumer-facing businesses. A proven track record of delivering revenue growth in high-growth, scaling, or subscription businesses with technical products is essential. Strong commercial and financial acumen is required, with the ability to translate product capabilities into differentiated enterprise value propositions that secure large, multi-year deals. Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams focused on business development goals and customer success is crucial. The ideal candidate will exhibit a relentless drive and ownership mentality, operating with urgency and consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets. A builder’s mindset is important, setting high standards, attracting top talent, creating accountability, and driving performance in fast-paced environments.

The base salary range for this role is $250,000 to $300,000, depending on the level of skills and experience.
