Warehouse and Logistics Manager
The Warehouse and Logistics Manager at Legend Biotech will oversee the daily operations and continuous improvement of warehouse and planning functions at the Somerset, NJ site and other U.S. locations. This role involves managing both GxP and non-GxP operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency across all warehouse activities.
Key responsibilities include leading and developing a warehouse and logistics team, managing inbound and outbound processes, and overseeing inventory management and distribution of materials and products. The manager will also establish clear roles within the department, participate in governance structures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, they will be responsible for hiring, staff development, performance management, and budget oversight.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, along with over 10 years of relevant supply chain experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role and 3 years in a GMP environment. Experience in pharmaceutical or biologics supply chain is highly preferred. Proficiency in SAP and EWM systems is advantageous, and APICS certification is desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $107,482 to $141,070, with potential for performance-based bonuses and equity.
