Warehouse Manager, Aerospace & Defense Hardware
Anduril Industries is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize warehouse operations within the aerospace and defense hardware sector. This role involves developing strategic plans, implementing performance metrics, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards. The Warehouse Manager will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of material management processes.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing material management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. The role involves hiring and training talent to manage material flow according to Anduril guidelines, developing processes to increase efficiency and eliminate waste, and implementing systems that align with federal policies on government property and inventory management. Additionally, the Warehouse Manager will implement end-to-end material management measures, collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate demand forecasting and procurement planning, and utilize ERP and WMS software systems to track inventory and provide data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in material management, inventory control, or supply chain management within an aerospace and/or defense manufacturing environment is required. Additionally, at least 2 years of experience managing a team of supervisors, associates, or technicians is essential. The candidate must be able to work onsite in Santa Ana, CA, or Costa Mesa, CA.
Anduril Industries offers a competitive salary range of $98,000 to $130,000 USD, along with highly competitive equity grants.
