Warehouse Supervisor (2nd shift)
The Warehouse Supervisor (2nd shift) at Harbinger Motors Inc. will oversee warehouse operations during the evening hours, ensuring efficient management of inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and production control. This role is pivotal in maintaining seamless support for both internal and external stakeholders within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include supervising warehouse teams across two facilities, ensuring timely unloading and systematic receipt of inbound materials, and overseeing replenishment activities to meet priority demands. The supervisor will also provide training to new hires, manage personnel functions such as time card submissions and time-off requests, and generate quarterly cycle count plans in coordination with the finance team. Additionally, the role involves reviewing indirect material requests and managing inventory of equipment and consumables essential for warehouse operations.
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of five years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment, including at least two years in a supervisory role. Proficiency with ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms (such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and strong spreadsheet skills are required. The ideal candidate is a solutions-oriented leader with experience in automotive components, strong communication skills, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, physical stamina for lifting heavy components, and a commitment to workplace safety.
