Weekend Shift - Associate Support Representative

Braze is seeking an Associate Support Representative to join our Global Customer Support team. This role involves serving as a trusted product expert and primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, particularly during weekend shifts. The position is based in London and follows a modified schedule from Saturday to Wednesday, with Thursday and Friday off.

Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries end-to-end, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing integration and configuration assistance, and offering best practice guidance. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless customer experiences. Additionally, the representative will contribute to process improvements and internal knowledge sharing.

Candidates should have experience supporting technical products, ideally in SaaS or mobile application environments. Proficiency with case management tools like Salesforce or Zendesk is required, along with hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, APIs, and/or SQL. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
