WhiteStar - Billing Analyst

MetTel is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our WhiteStar team in New York, NY. As a global communications solutions provider, MetTel offers a comprehensive suite of managed services focusing on secure connectivity, network, and mobility services. This role is integral to our Credit Card Payments team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices.

The Billing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, investigating, and processing vendor bills using our payment management program. Key duties include documenting all payment processes daily, securing sensitive card information, prioritizing invoices based on due dates, and addressing any discrepancies to ensure correct payments. Effective communication with vendors via their websites or direct contact is essential for processing payments efficiently.

Candidates should possess basic computer skills, familiarity with website navigation, and proficient typing abilities. A proactive approach to improving processes and a commitment to maintaining accurate records are highly valued. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $11 to $13, depending on experience.
