The Workforce Planning & Analysis Manager at Flamingo is a pivotal role within the People Planning, Analytics, & Systems team, a core component of People Operations at Mammoth Brands. This position focuses on developing and maintaining accurate workforce forecasts, providing clear reporting, and managing systems administration to support strategic decision-making and effective planning across the organization.

Key responsibilities include owning the forecasting of global corporate workforce costs by partnering with People team centers of excellence to establish reasonable assumptions for forecast models, reconciling current workforce data to inform ongoing run rates, and collaborating directly with business units to project future hiring needs and timelines. The role also involves leading global enterprise-wide workforce planning cycles multiple times per year, ensuring thorough project management, thoughtful communications, and exceptional attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience, including at least two years relevant to workforce planning or financial management. An undergraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting, or mathematics is preferred. A solid understanding of profit and loss statements, profitability analysis, and compensation structures is essential. Proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets is required, along with experience using enterprise resource planning systems (ideally SAP Analytics Cloud) and human resources information systems (ideally UKG Pro Business Intelligence/People Analytics). The candidate should also possess strong communication, influencing, relationship-building, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities.
