Working Student People Operations
Celonis is seeking a Working Student in People Operations to join our HR Service Delivery Team in Madrid. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a dynamic and fast-growing technology company. As part of the global People & Culture Department, you will report directly to the Manager of People Service Delivery and collaborate closely with departments such as Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development.
In this position, you will be responsible for preparing employment contracts on a global scale, managing administrative tasks including the creation and amendment of HR documents, and handling new university agreements. You will also oversee the onboarding process for interns and working students, support teams within the HR Department such as Payroll and Compliance, and maintain and update databases like Workday, Greenhouse, Make, and Jira. Additionally, you will manage benefits for employees in France, Spain, and Italy, address daily employee queries, and handle administrative tasks related to the onboarding and offboarding processes.
The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Law, or Psychology, with a preference for a Master’s in HR Management. This role is intended for graduates who possess a hands-on mentality, high reliability, and a keen eye for detail. Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize important projects, and proficiency in Excel and various IT tools are essential. Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is required. Candidates should be available for a 12-month full-time commitment (40 hours per week).
