Workplace Manager
Anduril Industries is seeking a Workplace Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Seattle, Washington office. This role is integral to ensuring a productive and positive work environment, supporting various teams including Production, R&D, Business Development, IT, and senior leadership. The Workplace Manager will report to the Director of Facilities and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to address office-related concerns and implement solutions that foster a positive and productive work environment.
Key responsibilities include managing general office operations, coordinating logistics across teams, and overseeing seating arrangements and space utilization to align with current and future headcount needs. The Workplace Manager will handle all office maintenance and repair requests, manage vendor relationships for services such as cleaning and maintenance, and own the HVAC and kitchen preventative maintenance schedules. Additionally, the role involves planning and delivering workplace-related projects, coordinating internal and external events, monitoring office supplies and equipment, and communicating workplace updates to employees.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, a blend of operational expertise and strategic thinking, and the ability to solve complex workplace challenges. Experience using data and analytics to inform decisions and implement measurable improvements is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high level of ownership and humility, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight are also required. Experience in multi-site management and a passion for solving complex, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way are highly valued. The role requires up to 25% travel to U.S. offices and authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred qualifications include previous experience working at a fast-paced tech company and managing day-to-day operations and projects.
