As a Digital Specialist (Digital Planner) at WPP Media, you will be an integral part of the Agency Planning team, responsible for translating clients' business objectives into effective media goals. WPP Media is a global media organization within the WPP group, encompassing brands such as Choreograph, EssenceMediacom, Mindshare, and Wavemaker. The company leverages advanced platforms and partnerships to create limitless growth opportunities in the ever-evolving media landscape.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include providing specialized data support, including data strategy and analytics, preparing cross-platform digital recommendations in collaboration with agency colleagues, creating reports and analyses summarizing campaign outcomes, monitoring and optimizing campaigns in partnership with buying specialists, and assessing the feasibility of achieving media KPIs, expenditure benchmarks, and client expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of Direct Buying (Display & OLV), practical experience in Biddable Media with familiarity in platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, and Meta, understanding of AdTech marketing tools and technologies, strategic planning skills considering business objectives, media budgets, negotiation, and campaign optimization, project management abilities with resilience to stress and adaptability to changes, strong analytical skills to synthesize data and draw accurate conclusions, proficiency in English at a B2 level for effective communication, self-organization, initiative, and responsibility for assigned tasks, and communication skills to build lasting relationships with key partners.
